 Good Places for Wheel Repair
Anyone know any good wheel repair places for quality and price? I'm working out shipping some rims, and 2 of them have some curb rash on the outer lip. I'm a little more concerned about quality of work than the price, but I will be powder coating them, so I there is a limit I am willing to go on pricing. I got a quote from Wheel Techniques since I was satisfied with their work when they repaired a bent lip on my stock rim, but their quote was $125-150 per wheel without me bringing the wheel in for a definite estimate. If it turns out that their quote will still hold true after inspecting the wheels, I'm wondering if anyone knows a place they trust that is any cheaper. By the way, I am a little worried about who to trust these wheels with because they are discontinued, and are not entirely easy find replacements for.

Re: Good Places for Wheel Repair
Rite way wheels in Walnut Creek, they did all four of my rims when I got into my little accident late last year. I think they charge 100 a rim but I got a discount due to all four needed repairing.

Thanks Paul. I remember when sladge recommended them for powder coating as well in one of my past threads. I'll definitely have to check this place out.

As long as you can wait... They haven't arrived yet. I have some searching to do, but I may just give up and go to this place anyway if I will get the same quote as Paul did, just because I'm afraid to just try some place no else has.

Re: Good Places for Wheel Repair
Wheels finally arrived just a couple days ago. Time to get some real quotes.
